Lifetime Warranty
At Her Luxe Necklace, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our product. We want you to wear your pieces with confidence, knowing they are built to last.
Our Promise
We offer a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, which is 5 years. If, upon inspection, we determine the damage resulted from a flaw in our craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion at no cost to you.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers structural integrity issues, such as:
- Faulty clasp mechanisms.
- Defects in the metal casting or soldering.
- Manufacturing errors in stone settings (e.g., loose settings due to improperly cut prongs).
What is NOT Covered
Because jewelry is a delicate accessory, our warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal use or accidents, including:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, scuffs, metal oxidation, or surface degradation that occurs through regular daily wear.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by impact, snagging, crushing, or contact with harsh chemicals (e.g., chlorine, bleach, perfumes, or lotions).
- Loss or Theft: This warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover lost, stolen, or misplaced items. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry through a third-party provider.
- Unauthorized Alterations: Any resizing, repair, or modification performed by a jeweler other than Her Luxe Necklace immediately voids this warranty.
- Stone Loss: Loss of stones due to damage to prongs or settings caused by impact is not covered.
Maintaining Your Warranty
To keep your warranty valid, we ask that you:
- Keep Proof of Purchase: Retain your original order number or receipt.
- Professional Inspections: We recommend having your custom piece professionally inspected at least once every 6 months to ensure settings remain secure.
